Japan-Palau Friendship Bridge

Formerly known as the Koror-Babeldaob Bridge, Japan-Palau Friendship bridge was completed in 2001, four years after it was contructed in 1997. The reconstruction of the bridge was due to the collapse of the old Koror-Babeldaob bridge formely known to be the wold's largest balanced cantilever prestressed concrete box girder bridge from 1977 until 1985.

As Seen on the Neighborhood

All pictures posted here are taken from the neighborhood, from the stack of coconuts down to the crab tied on strings. We once saw a guest from the hotel watching with eaual amazement at the stray cats, the reasons i don't know why. Perhaps even cats here in Palau are unique in some way or they just love cats.

Pictures for Postcards, Anyone?

The following pictures are shots that i've taken when i visited a beach resort here in Palau. The clear waters is a beautiful combination of light green and light blue. You can see more of the white sand on a low tide. I bet on this place, the sunset would be as magnificent as the pictures taken on a clear day such as this.

Palau Golden Skies

The sky has always amazed me. Though it only signifies how far our naked eyes can see, i cannot help but think of all the things beyond those blue hues and white clouds. Here in Palau, whether its sunrise or sunset, you can catch the golden skies just about anywhere. See the blue hues, white clouds, clear waters and golden sun create an ensemble that would make you stand in awe.

Ngermeaus, Rock Islands Palau

Going to Palau Rock Islands is an experience you'd want to do again and again and that is just what we did when we came here to Palau. Ngermeaus is just one of the beautiful islands you can visit. We spent the day fish feeding and shark viewing (small sharks can be seen just a bit further from the shore). The pictures I have posted here are only some of the shots I've taken while on our way and in Ngermeaus island.

Palau : The Beauty of White, Green and Blue Hues

A tourist should always be with a camera when visiting Palau. You'll never really know when a simple view can impress you enough to catch it on film. As we know, when we visit a place we do not leave anything behind, nor should we touch anything that might alter its naturalness, but we can take with us memories and pictures that proves we have been there.
